1、 Material selection and preliminary preparation
The main body of the model is made of high transparency and strong PC board, which is used to make the body shell and internal load-bearing structure. The wheels are made of black ABS resin to enhance realism. All transparent boards undergo strict cleaning and constant temperature softening treatment before cutting to ensure that there are no impurities and uniform stress after forming, laying the foundation for subsequent high transparency performance.
2、 Core manufacturing process
The production adopts a layered construction method from the inside out. After completion, the overall matte transparent protective paint is sprayed to make the model both wear-resistant and maintain a crystal clear texture.

4、 Quality control and implementation effect
By projecting and comparing the model with the physical drawing, the structural proportions are repeatedly adjusted. The final product, under illumination, has a clear view of its internal mechanical structure and distinct components, successfully transforming the mechanical logic of industrial equipment into intuitive visual language, achieving the purpose of display and teaching.
